RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Oasis Swiss reserves the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.
1. Oasis Swiss will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to Customer’s change of mind once payment is accepted.
2. We will only accept return requests if faulty/different products are delivered to our Customers.
2.1 Parcel should be in good condition upon receiving. Customer must inspect all products thoroughly once they receive their orders. Customer/Receiver has the rights to immediately reject shall the parcel is not in a good condition ex; dented, wet, opened carton, etc.
2.2 Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during courier service delivery. The parcel will be wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damage during courier service delivery.
A. There will be an inspection procedure needed for faulty parcels. Shall the faulty is caused by courier mishandling, there will be claims issued.
B. Return of items must be requested within 7 days upon receiving your parcel. Please attach a clear photo of the defect area, Customer’s full name, contact number and order details, and email to one of the email addresses below:
C. Faulty item must be delivered in its original packaging to the address below:

Delivery costs and fees of the faulty item shall be covered by Customer.
D. Customer shall bear the delivery charges for the claims/return of defective items.
E. Oasis Swiss will cover the delivery costs of a new replacement unit upon verification, shall the defects be caused during the manufacturing process.
F. Warranty claims that do not comply with the above procedures will not be processed due to inappropriate information.
